(1) Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchase from our online shop for any reason, it may be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement, exchange or credit provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging.

All product prices in this catalogue include VAT at 17.5% where applicable (books are exempt VAT) because that is the total price to most of our UK and European customers.
We can send goods ‘VAT free’ to addresses outside the EU, we can also invoice goods ‘VAT FREE’ to non-UK businesses who can supply their EU VAT number.
