We’re here for you

We are open and shipping orders

Our customers can place orders with Crecy by e-mail, via our website or by phone - our warehouse and dispatch department has stayed open through-out and we are shipping books every day with our usual carriers and shipping partners.

How we’re working

We’ve implemented social distancing and hygiene measures in our warehouse and our staff are using appropriate protective equipment. Most of our editorial and administrative staff are working partly from home; we are continuing to prepare new books for publication and commissioning new titles.

2021 publication schedule

Our 2021 catalogue will shortly be available, with our planned 2021 publishing schedule. Of course, plans may change so we’ll keep you informed through our e-mail newsletters, website updates and social media.

We’re here for you

We’re here if you want to check on the progress of an order, query a publication date or talk about your account. We’re working with our customers, suppliers and freelancers to help each other now, and to be ready when closed or constrained businesses re-open fully.

At today's date (25/02/21) the Crecy Manchester premises (located in Greater Manchester) are under UK 'lockdown#3' restrictions. All our operations are continuing: many of our staff are working partly or wholly from home but our phone numbers and e-mail addresses are working normally and we still aim to send all orders on our 'same day' dispatch service.

We aware that many of our regular delivery partners, including Royal Mail, are operating at, or very close to capacity at present and we recommend ordering in good time for any 'time critical' orders.
